The Social Welfare Cell of Panjab University Constituent College, Mohkam Khan Wala is constituted under the Chairmanship of the Principal, Dr. N.R. Sharma. The Cell aims to provide social and financial welfare support to students who need assistance.

The main objectives of the Social Welfare Cell are:
All types of State, Centre and University Scholarships are offered to the students in the college. Fee concessions are awarded to the deserving students from the student aid fund. Students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes are covered under the various schemes available from the Centre government, State government. Application form for Government of India/State Government Scholarships from the department concerned are duly informed and students are advised to submit them duly completed within one week from the date of admission. The applicants for the fee concession are interviewed by the Principal and the Fee Committee.
