The college has been established as one of the remarkable degree college, an initiative of University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi, Government of Punjab and Panjab University, Chandigarh to provide the best and affordable education at doorstep of residents of educationally backward district of the state. The college is situated on Ferozepur - Zira road at a distance of 3 kilometer near village Mohkam Khan Wala.
The college was inaugurated on September 26, 2016 and in the 7th academic session 2022-23 the total strength of the college reached more than 800 students in B.A, B.com courses. The college is committed to provide quality education with best infrastructure facilities to the students so that they may raise high in life of different spheres.
The college was initiated to cater the needs of students in educationally backwards areas in order to provide them access to quality education. Now, it has become one of the leading institution in Ferozepur for rural students.
Campus of the College is covered with an area of 12 acre in the lap of the Nature and peaceful surrounding The college has a very airy and specious double building, well equipped Computer Lab. and a well- lighted and well-furnished library. The college has a beautiful campus with imposing building, lush green garden and playground. The whole college campus is connected with a stand-by most modern generator for power backup. The academic results of the college was very excellent. Moreover in the field of sports, the students participated and performed remarkably well in inter college and university level competitions. The college has made commendable achievement in the academics, sports and culture fields. The Institutions aim at making students better human beings & encouraging the professional growth of our budding geniuses. It strives towards excellence in every sphere and keeps on creating and recreating its own benchmarks.
